austinschimke
So today I went out and bought some 33-11.5-16 all terrain tires. I got them on and noticed rubbing without the wheel being fully turned, I then looked to see what was going on, and they were rubbing against my mudflaps in the front, so I decided to take them off. It's not illegal to drive without front mud flaps right?
nunya
state by state varies, technically in PA it can be argued wither way on a wd21 as they are truck based that are supposed to have them but are titled as station wagons (as are all suvs in PA) which don't require them. as for 33s hitting? thats no surprise, I'm lifted and still clip my flares on some turns with 33x12.5s
austinschimke
I'm lifted 3 inches, but once I get my suspension lift on there, I'm hoping it won't be a problem.
silverton
SL doesn't do much on these trucks. you'll probably have to remove them. mudflaps are required by pickups, not SUV's (station wagons).
silverton
And besides, these trucks way cooler with no flares/mudflaps!
