Had foreign plates, but I was too busy trying to figure it out at first, just know they were white with black letters. Nice snorkel, looked pretty geared. Wish I could of gotten a picture, but too slow. Just curious if anyone has ever seen a Patrol running around the US? I was sorta shocked to see it.
