Tranny Fluid Leak From Perma Cool Filter

I installed a Perma Cool Auxiliary Trans Cooler and Remote Filter Kit in series with the stock set up in my '91 Pathfinder to lengthen the life of my late shifting transmission. While my late shift has subsided, I've noticed that I am now leaking tranny fluid from the remote perma cool tranny filter that I mounted in the front of the engine bay. It seems as the the filter is leaking from the in/out hoses at the top of the filter housing and from where the filter housing attaches/screws into the filter. I've used teflon tape on all of the threads and tourqued as hard as I can, has anyone else had any leakage problems with the perma cool unit? Any suggestions?

No leaks on my perm-a-cool, where exactly is it leaking at? The fittings which screw into the filter adapter, or the hoses which go onto the nipples? If the hoses, just tighten down a bit more on the clamps, if its the fittings, and you have already tightened the crap outta them, you may have a bad fitting or adapter, either way, call Perm-a-cool, and complain, they'll probly send you a new one. Good luck
