ware/what dana 44 rear end 92 nissan pf

I have a 92 np with a dana 44 straight axle front end with a stock rear end with coil overs i need to obtain a dana 44 rear end or else no four wheel drive due to diff gear ratios what vehicle should i pull a dana 44 out of, I am new to nissans and want to do this my self so another q is how hard will this be to do and so on???

Check the gear ratios first...

Doesn't an isuzu rodeo have a dana 44 rear? Same wheel bolt pattern too.

Good question.... if it does then I may go and snag one from the local yard. They have 3. Time to do some searching...

 

Will mean $148 compared to $450 for a ring and pinion!
