bonehead Posted December 21, 2011 Share Posted December 21, 2011 (edited) what is the symptoms of a bad EGR valve?? i have changed alot of sensor in my truck and spent way to much $$ my ecu shows 55 but my truck still runs like crap and when it's warmed up it will not start until it cools down after an hour or so. things i've changed........... -- fuel pump, feul filter, temp. sensor, TPS, MAF, knock sensor, cap & rotor, plugs & wires, water pump, timing belt, and thermostat. now i'm thinking EGR. For good troubleshooting info, go to the Garage section/pinned service manual info to download your own copy of the Factory Service Manual. It is invaluable for this type of information...
