Hey all,, new to fourm first post,, got a 98 le with new ac lift and my guy reused the failing stock isolator wraps from old coils and in reverse half to full crank getting a crunch noise (no rubbing) as the spring kinda twists in its seat with tattered isolator moving,, ANNOYING! Where can i find new ome spring isolator(He claims the aftermarket ones are so thick?) i tried spraying it with silicone,,, Replaced struts coils and strut bearing.. Amy opinions,, pictures coming,,,

The spring shouldn't be twisting in the strut, even if the isolator is worn. Either your mechanic reassembled the top of the strut backwards or he didn't replace the strut bearings and they're binding when you turn.
