H233 question

Hi from Aussie.

I want to put a locker in my rear diff, it's a non-lsd H233. But, I need to know if it has a 2 or 4 spider gear inside. I don't really want to disassemble it twice.

All you guys who have installed diff lockers, or done diff work, how many are 2 and how many are 4 spider diffs?

Any advice would be great.

I don't know the answer personally, but I recall there being a few good write ups on locker installs and this must be covered in them. Check the Garage/How To section or do a general search. Let me know if you can't find anything...

Mine is a 4 spider and I have no reason to believe its not standard..

4 on my h233...email steevo at ruggedrocksoffroad BC he bought a rear axle off of me and it was different BC of the year I think...but I doubt it was the spider gears
