I have a manual and I have installed neon lights in many cars, but for some reason, I don't get the way it is hooked up in a 1001 Nissan pathfinder. I hooked it up, but it will stay on when the dome light goes off. And when I take a voltmeter to it, it seems to always have power. I guess I don't know how it works with only one wire coming in and is ground to the body by a screw. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
