MaritimeMan Posted November 13, 2004 Share Posted November 13, 2004 Help, when pullin my starter, there is a little yellow wire that broke and I can't tell where it went. It looks like it goes to some sort of sensor on the passenger side towards the of the block, but I can't tell. If any one has an idea, it would be great. Thanks M.M. DSM_guy Posted November 13, 2004 Share Posted November 13, 2004 heh yep, goes into that sensor thats right next to your oil filter on the block. i pulled the wire loose when i replaced my starter. all ya need to do is pull out the female spade that used to be on your wire (if you striped that off) and crimp on a new one. i just got done fixing mine a few min ago actually. but dont worry...if you dont have stuff to fix it right off..dont freak. i drove 600 miles with the wire disconnected. i think it just goes to the oil idiot light Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
