ANY Class III dealer can sell AND or manufacture suppressors, or automatic firearms (machine guns lol) as long as they have went through the proper channels with the BATFE. ALMOST any law abiding citizen can OWN a suppressor, AND or a "machine" gun if they go through the proper channels as stated above... With the exception of the poor bastages in the communist state of Kalifornia, and probably some other overly democratic states as well.... I love my short barreled AR, and it is REALLY sweet with the suppressor on it... and yes it is legal! As for tracers, they serve their purpose both militarily and civilian(ly) lol And you can buy them all day long if you want to cough up the coinage...
