2.5 is excessive. i would be using 2.25in piping personally. i work at an exhaust/performance specialist ;)

 

I got a quick question, sorry to jack the thread but it's exhaust related. But, I have the vg33 swap motor in with the stock exhaust up to the muffler then it's 2.25 back from there. So my question would be do you think it would help if I made it like 2.5 all the way through? I don't want to be choking the motor up. I noticed when I did the engine swap it sounded different, right before the swap I got a flowmasters muffler put on and it doesn't seem as loud as it once was.. But thanks for any info.
