I know how it is to replace one of these transmissions laying on burning hot asphalt, not fun. I would hate to see you have to do it again or fork out the money for a new transmission. I'd flush the fluid a few more times to be safe, any debris at all can ruin parts in just about no time flat. I'm pretty surprised to hear the torque converter blew out in the first place...
