Headlight

so the other day my headlight exploded in my housing. so i took the housing out and took out the glass and replaced the bulb. so now when i replaced the bulb the fuse was burnt out. so i replaced the fuse and it will work for a little while and then burn out when i switch my high-beams. only sometimes though. Any ideas

When fuses blow the first thing to check is the grounds. I would check and double check those to make sure they are good as well as the rest of the wiring that you can get to. If that's all good then there may be a bad contact in the headlight stalk; all the headlight power is routed through that.
