Which Brand For Brake Master Cylinder?

Looks like my master cylinder is gone again on my 97 Pthf. The last one I had was an Ultra 8 Performance or something, and lasted 3 years... not impressive.

So the question is which one do you recommend, original or which aftermarket you know is good?

Thks!

Not sure about the brand of fluid, but make sure you use DOT 4. It's compatible with DOT 3 but provides a much higher boiling point and absorbs much less moisture, therefore providing better brake feel/pressure and prolonging the longevity of everything.

Use a stock one. Mine is a Nissin (not NissAn) brand one. Hasn't failed me and I have a 96. Oh, And like Kingman said, I use DOT 4. A little harder to find sometimes and like a couple dollars more, but worth every penny. Although, It is a bit overkill on our Pathy's.

I would rock the Nissan one. I just tried looking it up at work and there are three options without your vin#, pm me with your vin# and I will get you the part number and MSRP.
