I want to replace my muffler with a glass pack. Whats a good brand to go with? I found one by a company called Jones on ww.fle-online.com. There $17 for a glass pack. Anyone heard of them? What size inlet/outlet should i get? New to the pathfinder so sorry if its been gone over before. I searched and couldn't find but 1 topic covering it. Also where did stock exhaust drop out on a 1994 Xe? Asking cause mine comes out right behind the rear driver side tire and was wondering if this is where it came out stock. Thanks

I personaly prefer magnaflow. 2" or 2.25 in/outlet will be fine and will go well with future exhaust changes. If you looking for just top end or will be keeping the rest stock a 2.5 wont hurt you either.

Yep, I was going to recommend 2", that is 15% larger than the stock 1.75"

 

Yes, that is how the stock exhausts are routed and terminate.

Thanks was just wondering bout the exhuast termination cause the person i bought the pathy from couldnt tell me anything bout snice it was his fathers. I'l probally go with a 2" glasspack to a 2 1/4" tip.

bah glasspacks...get a real chambered muffler

the stuff inside a glasspack will break down over time while a strong chambered muffler like flowmaster or thrush will last forever
