One other thing to think about when burning out those lower bushings is to shield the engine bay from the heat and flames. I used a MAP Gas torch and the flames were pretty big. I took an old license plate and made a shield to prevent burning of the starter wires on the passenger side and the power steering box on the drivers side.

 

Once the rubber has been on fire for about a minute, It will just push right out. I took a large socket and just pressed it out to the front while it was on fire. Definitely not a fun job, but man is it worth the time and effort.
