Rusty body mount/Front bumper removal issues

The rust is starting to eat away at the right front body mount on my 95 .:ohno01:

+ the bumper was pushed back on the right side at some point &

now the bolt is nowhere near the hole in the body. :(

Gotta get that rotted body mount fixed before it gets any worse.

What do Ya think.... enlarge the hole till I can get a socket on the bolt

or try & pull the bumper back out with a chain & a big tree?

I think either way I'll be compromising the already weak body mount metal.

I would at least recommend getting a can of PB Blaster or PB'laster (whichever way it's written)

So you don't break nuts and bolts...

I say use a come-along and a tree don't use the power of your ride to pull it out cause you might rip something out!

Then make sure when you have pulled it out... Make sure you pull it out about 1/4-1/2" out farther cause the elasticity of the metal will pull back and then it won't line up.... Got that tip from a chassis repair guy at a shop...
