I don't know what kind they are but I got a set of rims at Eastern Offroad for 69 Bucks per rim and they have beed locks on them and theyre black steel if that is what your looking for . they also look just sharp on my truck with all black bumpers and steps. But yeah, any sort of black rockcrawler rim will run you $40-$60 depending on the size you get, as far as brands go they're pretty much a tradeoff I think.
