Guest 4X4pathhawg Posted July 17, 2004 Share Posted July 17, 2004 hello all, I am looking to put a 3" body lift on my 1990 automatic transmission and i have heard it can be done but i was wondering if anybody had a simple solution on how to do it since all the kits say that they exclude auto transmission , or does anybody know if there is a kit for the auto trans?? statikuz Posted July 17, 2004 Share Posted July 17, 2004 Yeah, they all claim "Manual Transmission Only!" but that's a load of crap. The only kit that I know of is the Performance Accessories one, and since the auto transmission is [i'm sounding like 88 here] shifted by a cable, there's more than enough slack to allow for the lift.
