and i just also discovered my timeing is off some how..dont know if it pop off a notch when i was mudding or what..so hopefully thats causing the no compression

yeah. have you tested ALl cylinders? what are the numbers?

 

Im going out on a limb here and saying maybe you didnt get the tensioner set quite right on the belt.

i would have to agree with derek.... sounds like the belt jumped a couple teeth. did you just change your t belt? if not, and it's just one or 2 cylinders low on compression, then i'd say leaking piston ring or blown head gasket would be my first 2 ideas.
