Skyjacker Hydro 7000 Shocks on sale

Driving a 93 SE-V6 w/ stock suspension. Need new shocks and came across this deal on ebay (4 Skyjacker Hydro 7000 shocks for $135).

 

There are sets for 0-1" lift and sets for 2-4" lift. I've read one forum on this topic and still have a few questions. I'm planning on swapping in JGC springs for my stock saggers this summer...will the 0-1" shocks in the rear suffice? Also, the forum I read suggested that 2-4" shocks are way too long for the front without major mods, which I can't afford at the moment...comments/suggestions? Intuitively, it sounds to me like the way to go is shorter shocks in front and longer in back, but that's just my "amateur mechanic" guess.

 

One last thing: The SkyJack Hydro 7000 can be upgraded to Nitrogen-charged for $20 for all four. Deal or not worth it?

stock length shocks are just fine for the front, even with the lift.

 

You should get longer shocks for the rear, as you'll limit your articulation otherwise when running the JGC coils.

Thanks for the info Simon. I called Top Gun Customz directly and was able to order two 0-1" shocks for up front and two 2-4" shocks for the back and still got the same price (4 for $130). Upgraded to nitro-charged for an extra $20. Should be here in a couple weeks.
