4"+ of Rear Suspension Lift

For those of you who have 4 or more inches of rear suspension lift, how much did you notch from the cross member under the drive shaft and do you have any pics?

none... cause it doesnt touch till you get like.... i dunno 8 inches or more.

Mine touches the crossmember at times too. I've been planning to mess with that some day. I would probably cut a notch out of the xmember, then weld an angled/gusseted plate across the bottom below the cut-out to keep it laterally sound.

Here Is the soulution to all your problems!!! AK9849CY 's rig on N4W will never come near a driveshaft

Anyone else have any shots of the crossmember that goes below the rear drive shaft, after they have modified it so it clears, no problems?
