Guest ewolf
Occasionally when I make a left turn, water pours out of the AC blower motor onto my wife's feet. Lots and lots of water comes out. Any ideas of what could be causing this?
nige
it could be condensation if you live in a hot climate. Is it more than a dribble? fill in where you live and such too! You might find another member close to you to go wheeling with
Guest ewolf
Chattanooga, TN. Very humid. But it's not just a dribble. I mean it pours out. I'm sure it's coming from condensation, but should the system have a way to purge that better? I just replaced my blower motor and think that that might have something to do with it... nige
hmmm i'm not a guru with ac, as I hardly even use mine. Maybe 88 can handle this. where is he?
88pathoffroad
The drain tube for the condenser is plugged up. It runs through the firewall from the inside and points downwards. Unstop whatever's blocking the drain hose and it'll drain outside instead of on your wife's toes.
Guest ewolf
That's what I thought. I'm having trouble getting the hose out though...
Guest ewolf
That did the trick. I muscled the hose out. Couldn't blow through it at all. Used a chopstick to clean the crap out.
