I had had a code pulled for a light that had come on and it came back as p1491 or vacuum cut valve. I searched around the site and was able to locat it behind my left rear tire on top of the bracket. Does anyone know how much that the vcv would cost? I can't find the part anywhere online. Also is it okay to drive it for a few days until I have time to fix it?

Search for this cuz I have seen people talk about it in the past I have just never paid attention. It's probly OK to drive it for a few days sine this comes up alot on this board. My Check engine light has been on for four months for a bad 02 sensor/catalytic converter/swirl control valvle and it drives fine

Is this a part that most auto parts retailers will have or will I have to go to the dealership? I figured it would be okay to drive it for a few days I just wanted to make sure. thanks
