Grumpy
I am at the moment 2,000 miles away from our Pathfinder, but I'd like to order some tires for a Saturday installation. The tires on it now are 50's, but I want to go to stock size. One source claims 235/70/15s, and another source states 235/75/15s. Perhaps the 5% difference between 75 & 70 isn't enough to be concerned with. Could someone give me the 1994 model SE OEM tire size as printed on the door jam label? Thanks. jdub
There are two stock sizes, 235/75-15 & 31X10.5-15.
Grumpy
Thanks. I just discovered this info as well -- "Use the calculator to see what happens to your speedometer reading when you change the size of your tires and wheels. The graphic shows your stock tire selection in an outline overlaid on your new tire selection." http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html
jdub
How do you add a tire size like 31X10.5-15? it only had the 235,295,315, etc. Check out this site: 4-Lo On the Calculators bar there are several different ways to find out. I went to "Metric Tire Conversoin" to find out how big 235/75r15 actually are and then went to "Spedo Check" to find out how far off you would be with a larger tire size.
