Hey there all! Havning some trouble with my headlights. They are not nearly as bright as they could be. Is there a ground that I am overlooking? Could it simply be the bulbs themselves? The highbeams SEEM to work ok, I know they need to be aligned but they seem dim compared to others.. What do you all think?

Any ideas will be appreciated.
