I don't want to search to much on the forum... I have a path 2002 LE with 17 inches wheel and 24565R17 tire. It's dueller tire and I don't like them!! Is it possible to put 24570R17 or 25570R17 without any modification on the truck?

Yes it is the resistor module.... 227$ CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is a service bulletin on this problem for 2002-2003 pathfinder.

I have a path 2002 LE with automatic climate control... Today, the control start to be crazy!! The fan is always ON at full speed and it stay ON if I put the system OFF?????????????? Anybody with this kind of problem????

HI, I have to pull a camping trailer (about 2000lbs full load) and I want to know if I have to put the overdrive off??? I checked in the owner manual and there is no concern about the overdrive.... I have no problem to pull it at 120 km/h. I know it's fast enought with a camping trailer in the back but I did so test during the last trip... I removed the overdrive only to climb. I read some feedback or other forum and some people said that we have to put the overdrive off all the time if we have to pull something... Thanks for your feedback!

In my path 2002 LE there are air bag inside the front seats... What is the purpose of these air bag???? Thanks!

a kind of grinding noise intermittant, not steady.... for sur it comes from something turning but it's not the strap for sure! The noise is strong at cold start. It comes from the driver side of the engine and down. It's like the sound comes from the right down corner of the radiator????

This morning it's -20 degré Celsius here in Montreal... So when I start my path 2002, there is a strang noise coming from the right side of the engine (driver side) The noise is not steady and it come from something turning... The noise go down when the engine warm up... I have to return to the dealer again but I'm not sure they will find something again... It's hard to find where it comes from but for sure it's on the driver side... Is someone has experience this kind of noise??? Thanks! Also I can heard a litttle valve noise when accelerated... I hope they solve the manifold stud problem because it's the same noise!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In my previous path 90 I had an inverter 600W in the cargo bay screwed on the right side. I want to have it in my path 2002 but I can't find where??? Is anybody has already install an inverter of 600 - 1000W, so directly connect on the battery (not in the 12V outlet plug!!!!) Thanks.

I just bought a pathfinder 2002 LE and there are running board on it. I don't like very much these running board, they look's very fragile!!!! So is it better to change them for tubular step like on the SE????? I checked with the dealer and it's about 400$ CAN without installation but it should be easy to install. Thanks

On the path 1990 I had automatic hub on the front wheel and I had to go in reverse to disengage the front wheel after using 4x4. Is it the same thing with the 2002???

Yes it suppose to have one, like the 91 also... For sure, your sending unit is very rusted... Mine was rusted very bad when I changed it!!! To see it, you have to open the acces trap under the cargo carpet.

clutch cylinder fail! The pressure plate is always compress. That's why you have problem to start.

Casey T, You suppose to have a fuel warning lamp, I had one in my path 90. The lamp was not working a beginning but it start to work after I changed the fuel sending unit on the gas tank!!!

On a pathfinder 2002, What is the quantity (liters) of fuel reserve (about) we have when the fuel warning lamp goes on?? It look's that the fuel warning lamp goes on fast... Thanks!

What type of LSD diff there is on a nissan path 2002?? I'm pretty sure it's not a clutch type like the old path but a viscous type.... So is it better or not? Is it possible to turn one rear wheel by hand if the other one in on the ground? It was impossible with the clutch type.... Thanks.

I just bought a nissan pathfinder 2002 LE and I noticed a strang metalic noise after start up in cold temperature. The noise stop when the engine heat up... I can't located the source but it's in the alternator area??? My first guest is the timing chain.... Is it possible that the timing chaine make some noise when it's really cold like this morning (-20 deg C)???? Thanks again!

I just bought a nissan path LE 2002 and I want to know how many km I can expect with a full tank. I live in Montreal, Canada, so it's winter here. My path 90 was much better on gas and I was thinking it will be about the same consommation with the 2002.... I am completely wrong according to my first test!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks!
