Welcome fellow 2-door owner! Glad to hear you got your starting probs solved ~ it's the little isht that screws ya up...

Welcome to the forums, we look forward to your input...

You could also take the Seattle/Bainbridge Island ferry and go out through Seabeck. Advantage of having a shorter ferry ride (by half)...

I really like the example pic, too ~ looks like someone threw a giant turdball at that Range Rover...

Went right to it for me, but still the same generic results ~ type in "lift kit" & you get everything from dead battery posts to 6-way power ashtrays...

He's all but admitted to out-right pedophilia is his infamous "interviews" ~ "it's a beautiful thing, everyone should sleep with children"...
Nothing a 12 guage enema can't cure...
Sorry to say, being a celebrity, I see a hung jury kind of outcome...

Tahuya is on the inside of the "Great Bend" of Hood Canal, which separates the Kitsap Peninsula from the Olympic Peninsula. Hood Canal is a shallow glacial-cut fiord from our last Ice Age ~ also home to the best water skiing water I've ever come across, especially at ebb tide.
Further down the road is Dewatto, home of many a party & some great salmon runs. Never been there in my Pathy, but grew up in the area (lived in Belfair for 6 yrs., brother lives up Sand Hill Rd. off of the North Shore), needless to say, my old stomping grounds...
Hood Canal looks like a giant "fish hook" on the map of Washington to the west of Puget Sound, Belfair is the tip of the "hook", Tahuya is on the inside of the bend in the hook. Trees, beauty & fun abounds, if you ever have the chance to go ~ do so... :secret:

Adelphia's for me just so I can check out the weather for various friends & relatives, but here's just a click away... :type:

Looks very nice, the Calmini is the next mod I plan. Thanks to MM for the heads-up on the mounting bolt/caster issue as well.

Took a look through your pic album there, GG ~ man, did you have the rust. Looks like you got it all, though. Lotta work, you did a good job of getting rid of it...

I read approximately 2500 R's @ 60mph with my 31" Geolanders, I'll do some checking tomorrow a.m. on the way to work, will post results later. That is of course if no-one else gives you some feedback... :type:

Nice lookin' ride, but since when is a sunglass holder a "mod" ?

In all the years of owning my Pathy, that damnable yellow piece of isht in both the doors has been more trouble than the rest of the rig combined. I've replaced the driver's side one I think, 3 times ~ the passenger side only once, more than likely wore it out when I refused to replace the left side. "What the hey, I can just reach through"...
They are a bear to get back in, more than likely Nissan has some fancy $800. tool that makes it a piece of cake. A long pair of needle nose helps, and you'll have to take the retaining tab off of your door lock so you can drop that out of the door, too.
It ties your interior door handle, lock button, and outside lock all togther. Nissan should've forged the darn thing outta chrome moly or something. Talk about planned obsolescence...

You have fine taste in wheels there, my man...

I was refering to using 4hi for winter driving in snow on the freeways of N.E. Nevada, not trail romping. None the less, had his hubs been locked, he might've been able to continue through the mudhole ~ that was the point...
I routinely lock my hubs in as soon as I go off of the pavement to avoid situations like 87mud found himself in. Locking 'em don't do squat 'til ya throw that lever on the TC... -thnkboutit-

I bought 'em through the local Discount Tire, but you can get them through Summit Racing online for a little better price... :contract:
U.S. Wheel model #94-97 ~ they come in all chrome as well...

Tires are Yokohama Geolander AT II's ~ 31x10.50x15. There was no rubbing with the Lego's, but with the different BS on the 94's I'm going to have to crank my torsions a little for clearance. That is, 'til the Calmini SL goes on...

Transmission Troubles

Well, being a manual tranny owner I can only guess, but it seems to me alot of the problems I've read here & other boards re: auto tranny failure, usually points to the stock oil cooler. Many have replaced theirs with an aftermarket one to correct the overheating problems, etc. That's assuming that yours was rebuilt correctly in the first place, of course.
Like I said, only speculation on my part, any auto owners feel free to chime in... :gossip:
