Well in my case I only need it to carry the garbage from the house as I don't want to the inside of the car have smell of garbage I only decide to screw this plastic box used to carry fresh chicken LOL(very well washed of course) on top since I have her she has those bars that I not sure what are they for but I haven't remove them because I like how she looks (I believe is for a special brand of rack)
And amazingly I notice that is not necessary to tie with ropes or something else to this cage because is very deep and the wind don't blow up the garbage bag will running (I notice because I forget one day to tie it and I drive in the highway 12 kilometer at 70MPH here in Mexico is allowed and the garbage didn't ever move)
So then I decide to look for a second box to place next to it so that my Pathy appear uniform.
and as soon as I take them I show you how it looks
Now she looks like that

Ahh THATS where that noise has been coming from.... I've been trying to figure it out for a while now! So many new parts laying around, no time to install them.
same here but noise is a little irritant and I have to move the schedule
-
:tonguefinger: HAHA you are funny.... you were being sarcastic... right? You do know that that is 192,503.7 miles..... the white number is a tenth of a mile.
Actually no! thanks for the advice is hard as here we always use Km to understand that miles are much bigger in quantity than KM so my Pathy is not as older as I thought
He he thanks for the data !!

on those bushings you may want to inspect the cups they nest into(keeps them centered) if they are worn the rod will dance arround and elongate the hole. If its split or gone(in my case) weld a bearing race or thick piece of 2"OD tubing arround the bushing to keep it centered
Thank you for the advice I though the most difficult part is remove the dust in there he he the cups are easy to remove? I wish this things where more easier but as long as my I can I try to do it.

Some clunking when the suspension moves....My 93 had a set that looked fine, till I pulled out of my driveway one day and the thing broke in half with a bang and my driver's side dropped 4".
Ho that's amazing broken just like that? 4" that's a lot in my case actually only when hard turns sounds like "chii" some kind of cat 's screech. and some sounds when switching from forward to reversing

Thanks a lot for the manual it really help me a lot
The exact place where the oil is leaking is hard to know as the place is full of oil every where but I can see many different parts where is more than amount I checked the transfer case have a 4WD switch plug or something there is many and where the middle of the three parts are joined (now I know thanks to crazyhayseed to provide the manual) but in the drawing no gasket is showed so here are the pictures
Very hard to get there to take pictures, the 4wd switch or neutral switch (not sure yet can be find in here )
From the rear no much to see
The under guard don't let me see much but have no enough time to remove it
Here the amplified detail
The zoom of the joint it looks like there is no gasket at all but the apparency can fool me
I also noticed that one of the boots in the small arm of the transfer gear control is broken
I have to replace it
The cover dust is lost :-(
the center case oil seal must be broken
Well all I have to do is read very well the manual and then carefully with time and patient fix this out
Thank you :D

Hello again
I have a Pahty 1990 AT 4X4 the transfer case is leaking oil, I want to ask you if you can please tell me how many gaskets the transfer case uses? Could be other reason? What kind of oil it uses? I have notice the color of the leaking oil is red (same as transmission) And please help me to know how many Liters (or gallons) I must add to it. I believe is around 3 standard bottles but not sure, notice also that is going to be difficult to add it as I know there is only one nut for ratchet socket in the back to add it.
thank again for all your help
I am not sure if this forum is for get any help but at this time I am very glad to be helped as in the stores and workshops here don't be certain sure of each car or truck.
thanks to you all

So thanks for the answers is very logical that is not affected as long as I don't loose the tie-rods. Thank you so much
By the way what is the name of the "rubber" part in the picture ?
Both are really damaged and I need to replace it but I can find the name of it to find it.
Does any one know if is possible to replace new?
Looks like I really have trouble with my front suspension but I believe is gonna be OK after a few repairs

Hello Every one
I had a Pahty 1990 4WD AT and I want to fix by my self the front suspension (specially the central relay rod is totally damaged) But Before I get started I need some help because front suspension handle also the steering and I don't want to lose the alignment
So what is the best way to change the Relay Rod with out loosing the alignment, what kind of tools I need? Do you think is better to do it by my self or pay in workshop? Thanks in advance for your help
