  1. Yeah, I got a call this morning about the rims I ordered..."I'm sorry but we don't have those in stock anymore." I feel exactly like msavides, I am not suprised. I knew they would just give them away! But hey worth the shot.
  2. Well, I ordered a set on my credit card. If they try and charge me I have a receipt saying it was $0.00! So we will see. I will post when I know something.
  3. Ordered mine a week ago and got them today. Thanks
  4. If you could find them and pm me a link I would be eternally greatful!!!
  5. If it looks close to this bumper, then count me in! (Someone posted it on the other thread you started!)
  6. I would like to see a full prerunner style bumper (instead of the add on that AC sells). I know that it doesn't have all the practical aspects that arb style bumpers have, but I have always liked how they look as long as they don't come up rediculously to high in the front, like some custom jobs I have seen. I like the idea of having d-rings and integrated blinkers up front.
  7. Depending on how fast I am going...my speedo can read as much as 12 mph too high! There is a place here in Oklahoma City that recalibrated my dad's speedo on his Jeep. So after I get my new tires I am taking it over there.
  8. I was having the same problem, passenger side head light not coming on and brights not working at all. I just got a new switch at the dealership ($77+tax) and it fixed it! I know I could have just cleaned the connectors but now I don't have to worry about it again.
  9. I used to be BIG into rx-7's and knew Aaron (the guy who wrote the article) through the rx7club.com...he is a very smart man. He knows the Wankel rotary engine inside and out, but I disagreed with him on this. I had a turbo RX-7 in Houston that continually ran hotter than it should, I went back and forth trying to decide on what to do. Aaron (and others) said that I would be worse off going with an efan...to make a long story short, I was on a road trip and the fan clutch went out and I was in a bind, there were no 7's in the local junk yards where I was stranded so I went to Pep Boys and bought a Black Maxx efan and installed it to get me home. I never had another temp issue after that, so I left the efan on! It was a great fan, I got the big one (300cfm's I think). Point being, I definitely gained better cooling by doing an efan.
  10. I had a few minutes this morning to mess with the adjustments on the t-bar, and that solved my uneven-ness. So now the front is definitly higher than the back so I ordered the 1.5" lift springs from AC to level it out. Then comes the wheels!
  11. So I got the rear bumper figured out. But I noticed that the drivers side rear is is sitting about an 1" lower than the passenger side. Could this be from adjusting the t-bar in the opposite corner too far? Or could I just need new rear shocks? I was planning on replacing them soon anyways so I might just do that and the see where it is at then.
  12. So the body lift is done!!! Here is a couple of pics: I do have a couple of questions...what do I have to do to get the rear bumper up even with the body again? I adjusted the torsion bars for about a 1" lift (to clear the 33's I am getting). Will it settle in a bit and level out? The front looks a bit high to me. I will be getting my wheels in the near future and will probably start another thread with those pics.
  13. Thanks for the replies, I will post up pics after i get the bl on...
