  1. Thanks guy for the support. The most recent update is that I've replaced the A/C condenser, cleaned the A/C evaporator, and checked and refilled the pressure. Initially, this resolved the issue for about a month, but now the A/C has completely stopped working. Despite the compressor cycling on and off (as evidenced by the clicking sound), there's no cooling at all. With summer in full swing, this has become a pressing concern. I've attempted to inspect the A/C lines for any faults. However, mechanics are suggesting that I replace the compressor, which comes with a hefty cost. Additionally, there's uncertainty about whether replacing the compressor will resolve the issue.
  2. Mine is 4.5 liters/km or 10 miles/gallon. Mix of highway and idle. Ran the OBD and have 2 codes - P0223 and P0123. Codes reflect there is an issue with the Throttle Position sensor (TPS). Don't know if changing the whole throttle or just the sensor will solves my fuel issues.
  3. I have a weird issue with my AC. I start the engine in the morning, I then switch on the AC hitting the auto button. I then hit the AC circulate button after 2 mins. The car is just blowing warm air (not hot) Frustrated I then switch off the AC and put it back on immediately. Now the cooling kicks in. Through out the day, I switch on and off the Pathy, the AC still works fine. Its only after maybe 10 - 12 hours gap when the engine is OFF, the cooling doesn't come on immediately on starting. I'm thinking its an electrical issue. I have replaced both the thermostats. The problem persisted even before that. Any help would be appreciated.
  4. I stay in Kuwait. Been using EU Octane 95 for years now. Pathy is smooth compared to running on EU Octane 91. Once in a while I put in 98 just for the heck of it. EU ratings are 91/95/98, which are equivalent to US ratings of 87/91/93.
  5. Trying adding the STP complete fuel system cleaner. Do this 2 times. Add one complete bottle 12oz when the fuel is 3/4th empty or quarter to empty. Drive around (in between rev it to 3K-4K RPM) till its time to fill fuel again. Repeat it on another bottle. At the same time - Get the fuel filter replaced. Both these activities are cheap, try this out first.
  6. Once of these 3 might fix the issue: This can be because of clogged injectors Trying adding the STP complete fuel system cleaner. Do this 2 times. Add one complete bottle 12oz when the fuel is 3/4th empty or quarter to empty. Drive around (in between rev it to 3K-4K RPM) till its time to fill fuel again. Repeat it on another bottle. If this doesn't work. Check your catalytic convertor, even these can be clogged. Replacing it will be expensive, try getting it cleaned. This is for the heating issue: Even get 2 of the thermostats checked. Or rather replace if its older than 10 years. Remember when replacing the thermostat behind the engine CONSIDER replacing the PCV valve, ICT sensor and injectors seals.
