  1. I have read your post mentioned at the top. A page scroller as usual. And I do think I'm going the repacked route. Just a little more oomph. Now, with the statement about locking the front diff first, would it then be rational to pack the front diff a little tighter than the rear?
  2. Hey, bro. I'm in the middle of mine, as we speak. Some thing I'm curious about, how the eff do I find out how many tooth/lugs does mine have? I've seen things with 42 tooth and 12 lug and no idea where to count what... Ps. I grenaded my planetaries
  3. I'd like to have an open discussion about When to go from LSD's to lockers as one climbs the trail class ladder. I, for one have heard "rumors" that there is a way to adjust LSD's to work almost as well as lockers. I mean, some of us is po'.
  4. I'm about to embark on a transmission rebuild. And I'm wondering, has anyone of us attempted to install/adapt a more current 5 or 6 speed automatic trans to these R50's?
  5. First, should I? Pros and cons, please. Second, has anyone else?
  6. Crap. I had my wallet in my hand, too. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  7. Now that would have been the @!*%, back in 98-99. Lol But this '22. I think I'm gonna need something just a little more rugged. Idk. Maybe wielding it my self ain't such a bad idea. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  8. I've checked out theirs. Not bad. Kinda close. Maybe not quite so hi of clearance. Keep the washer rez and breather box safe. Plus I dont like the round blinkers. Lol And most of all... Maaannnn!! I dont want to build my own. This ain't tinker toys. If I'm paying that type of money, I would think it should come ready to bolt up. Am I wrong? Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  9. Ok, fine sir. Seeing the quality of the rack, and it is pretty. How about a bumper system, or a front bumper. Winch capable, bull bar, 6" LED blinkers, and I'd gladly pay $1500 for that. R50s need those, really, rilly, bad. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  10. Anybody have a good line on front winch bumpers that will fit our rigs? Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  11. You're not wrong, it is a lot of money, but this isn't an amazon Curt rack. OP spent a lot of time for R&D. It's a nice rack for a market that doesn't exist for the R50. I know you were not trying to be a jerk but consider the work that goes into something like this before commenting... or at least ask why the cost. R50jR, it's cool, man. I'm not the target market. 12. Is that from roof rack to tent, with a russian wife who cooks? Lol I hope that's not just the rack system... That's a whole lotta money. Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  13. I know I've seen it before. But having a hard time finding the cost. Little help? Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
  14. Well this entire post has scared the crap out of me doing My damn knock sensor. Lol A broken lower intake manifold bolt wasn't even a thought. Now I'm questioning whether to just let that hiccup ride...
  15. Heck yeah. That's what I was looking for. Great detail. Thanks, bud.
