  1. Yes.. I'm trying to sell it now.. With the AWD turned off there is no judder. But turned on it starts judder frequently.
  2. Replaced with the OEM transfer case, Sway links and Sway bar bushings. Now the noise is completely gone. Very rarely while turning corners at low speeds I can crackling noise, but it's very rare.. I going to get rid of this vehicle. Btw, what are some of the early symptoms of bad transmission?
  3. Yes... I did see about Zumbrota RTC59276 in Rockauto. Searched for it at other online stores, and it looks like it costs more than Nissan OEM, which includes shipping and international custom duty to Canada. If there is not any more information, I will just bite the bullet, and buy an OEM from the dealership.
  4. Hi.. Looking for some suggestions. What are some good & reliable aftermarket brand names for transfer cases for the Pathfinder? Thanks.
  5. Took it to a mechanic... He said it's the front transfer case that's making the noise. I'm wondering at this point if it's best to just sell it off or replace the transfer case.
  6. Hi. This forum has helped me multiple times.. I own a Pathfinder 2014. At speeds over 70km/hr, I can hear faint turning sounds. I don't hear this when going at lower speeds. Don't know how to describe it.. I had replaced my rear differential about 2 years ago. Any ideas or suggestions?
  7. Thanks... This was in the Service Manual, hence I was curious.
  8. Hi.. I own a Nissan Pathfinder 2014. About a month ago, while driving straight I keep hearing a faint winding noise. Sound level increases as you drive faster. Initially I thought it might be the wheel bearing. I connected the obd2 scanner to check for error codes. And it gave the code C1204 : 4WD Solenoid. Do you know what that is? Is it an easy fix? Thanks in advance.
  9. Hi, Since December 2022, I've been having problems with Whatsapp and Nissan's bluetooth. When making outbound calls via Nissan's Bluetooth on Whatsapp, the opposite person cannot hear me. When it is an inbound call there is no issue. I thought it might be a software issue (Whatsapp), so I connected it to a few Bluetooth speakers. I don't have any issues making outbound or inbound calls. Troubleshoot On the Nissan Pathfinder settings I did try to delete and re-add my phone; but the issue still remains. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app on my phone too. Has anyone else experienced this?
  10. Hi.. I noticed lately that the rubber on the rear doors keeps coming off of its clips. The clip is not broken... Aside from using glue, any other recommendations to fix this? And if glue is the only option, what glue would you recommend? Thanks in advance.
  11. Hi I own a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder SL. I noticed that when the rear heat is on, it takes around 30 minutes for the rear to blow out heat, even though the front has already been blowing out heat. Also there is not enough air force for the heat. Outside temperature is about -5'C. What could be the issue?
  12. Did some reading. I found a service bulletin. Service Bulletin NTB10029. IF YOU CONFIRM There is a grinding or knocking noise or vibration from the rear of the vehicle: - when making wide turns - on dry roads - at low speeds (under 20 MPH). ACTION Remove the Rear Propeller Shaft and test drive the vehicle: If the noise/vibration DOES NOT stop: This bulletin DOES NOT APPLY. Refer to ASIST for further diagnostic assistance. If the noise/vibration DOES stop: Replace the Electrical Coupling Assy. (CPLG ASSY-ELEC) with the one from the Parts Information section of this bulletin. Refer to the appropriate section in the Electronic Service Manual for removal and installation. DO NOT replace the entire Rear Final Drive assembly for this incident, if it should occur.
  13. Thanks Mr_Reverse. Does this mean it's worn out clutch? The symptom is similar to this, only this vehicle in the forum is GM truck. https://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/199847-rear-end-clunking-only-when-turning-normal/#comment-1967026
  14. Hi... I'm not sure if this is the right conversation group, based on my question. If not, please move to the right group. I own a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder SL, which was purchased brand new in 2013. About a year ago, I noticed that when I leave my vehicle on AUTO or LOCK (4-wheel drive); and turn left, right or reverse, there are sounds coming from the back of the vehicle. Gear turning sounds and the back of the vehicle vibrates. When turning left or right, it's a gear turning noise. When reversing slowly, it's a whistle. No sounds when driving straight. This sound is not there when I leave the vehicle on 2x2. The odometer on the vehicle reads 126k. Recently, I had the transfer case fluid flushed out. I'm debating about flushing the rear diff oil. I have an appointment for it next week. The warranty on the vehicle has expired. Does anyone have any ideas?
