  1. Might be preaching to the choir, but just wanted to share to those that might not know. Asked my dad who’s been in the parts business longer than my current life span about transmission fluid additives that would actually make difference in performance. He said LubeGard Platinum is the only thing he’d put in a transmission. I took his advice and it’s mad an immense difference in transmission performance. Worth every penny. e73c3ac1539fe1ccb6ac3521666602f7.jpg

  2. Thanks. It was a one owner that bought it new in Hawaii and then shipped here to Oregon when they moved. Got really lucky. Zero rust except the oem muffler. Mostly working on engine related stuff for now. Did bank 1 cat, trans fluid and filter change. Oem exhaust snapped in 1/2 right before the resonator going over a speed bump of all things. So I replaced it with a cat back magnaflow “2 inch pipe and “3 inch tip. Just gotta take care of valve cover gaskets and then I can get on to the fun stuff lol. Any suggestions? Also only has 140k on her.

  3. Definitely. After looking into I’m keeping the stock air box with the drop in k and n In it currently. I’m quite sure a “cold” air intake might actually do more harm than good. With out tuning some things and recalibrating the computer to the new air flow. I also don’t think it gives you “cooler” by any means. If anything it’s just ambient air from the engine bay, which could actually be hotter than where the stock air box pulls air from.
