  1. I dont think the brake control will have connectivity if adapting from 4 to 7, those extra wires are needed for the brake control. I've found on eTrailer.com that there are adapter setups for the PF but different if you have the tow package or not. Seams they all come with a hitch receiver so not sure what is considered the tow package so I know which wiring harness/setup to buy. Thanks ~ Phil
  2. That's a nice install, couple questions for you if you don't mind. How did you route the wiring from the cab to under the hood area? How did you power them did you find and use an unused fuse or did you just go to the battery and inline fuse? THanks ~ Phil
  3. So Im a new Pathfinder owner and Im looking to use it to two a trailer. In my stated anything over 3K lbs needs brakes and my trailer has electric brakes. I see there is a standard 4 wire trailer plug on the hitch, but I am looking to add the electric brake port to connect the trailer to and add an electric brake controller on the dash. Are there adapter cables available to just plug into the existing wiring harness for both items? Thank You ~ Phil
  4. Hi I have a 2005 Pathfinder I just bought and the three power ports in the front do not work but the DC port in the cargo area does. I checked the fuses and the 20Amp under hood is good and has power to its feed leg. But the two 15 amp fuses by the glove box for me were not there, great easy fix but it wasn't. I put the fuses in and no work.. I checked the fuse sockets and neither have power being presented to them, I found a PDF manual and it shows they are both powered from the ignition accessory relay. I couldn't find this relays location in the book or in the car. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks, ~ Phil
