Just purchased some Nissan locking hubs. Now I'm trying to find installation instructions, but cannot find anything. Any suggestions?

Will be picking up KYB struts on Monday. Does anyone know what rubber insulators are needed for the coils and whether they are needed on both ends of the coil? The parts diagram is not clear and the dealer doesn't seem to know. My truck was made in 10/98
