    Dragged it kicking and screaming through emissions and inspection and got it licensed last Tuesday. Today I ordered a new spare tire cover and antenna adapter so I can replace the stereo.

    The government can't keep people from illegally downloading Game of Thrones. I don't think this is realistically enforceable.
