  1. I own a 1995 Pathfinder LE and I was having a similar problem with mine. What I did to fix mine was I replaced a few of the easier to get to o-ring s and took a tire valve core remover to tighten the low side valve core.

I did it this way for many reasons but for the purpose of testing and avoiding having to dismantle the a/c system. Try tightening the low side port first to avoid that as a leak point then either add a small bottle of r134a or a leak detection fluid. If you add the r134a and the compressor immediately kicks in like it did in my case then your all set. If it doesn't then I would change all the orings

  2. When it comes to the ac replacing a few if the o rings will solve your a/c clutch problem and when you take out your a/c control unit make sure your lights are turned in tight cuz if they are loose they won't light and that will also cause problems.

  3. Ok so update I have done half of the o-rings on the system and then the strangest thing happens the refrigerant/oil/leak finder that I was adding to the system started spilling out the lowside port. Hey adamzan did that happen to you when you did your seals?

  4. Hi guys so I'm new here. I've owned my 1995 Pathfinder LE for 6 years now and about 2 years ago my a/c stopped working. I've done everything I can think of but nothing seems to work.

Ok but here's my problem the a/c light turns on inside the vehicle but the clutch won't cycle. I've given it direst power with an alligator clip and it will cycle but as soon I plug it in it stops.

I've checked the relay that seems fine. I haven't found a fuse but then again I don't have any fuse box covers. If you guys have any pics of the covers it will be greatly appreciated.

I'm still new so I'll work on getting pics and vids on here.

Just wanted to thank you guys for reading this and any help you will give
