  1. I looked on rockauto and i work at advance so I checked there system and the hangars that they list are not the same ones that are on my truck. This pathfinder is a California car and made its way all the way to nc so I think it being from Cali may have something to do with the odd hangars.
  2. My Exhaust hangars are really haggard and need some attention. I had to weld a new muffler in because mine fell off due to rust lol. My question is, can the hangars on the frame rail be replaced? I just don't want the rust to spread because this is really the only rust on the car. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
  3. Thanks ahardbody for that really good information. I think everyone in here has learned something new, at least I have.
  4. Thanks ahardbody for the good information. Looks like I need to figure out why else it has high readings then since its no the antenna. Maybe add a spring to it?
  5. Sorry to dig up old posts but I plan on doing a 3 inch body lift sometime soon and have some concerns. My first concern is with the steering shaft issue and having to extend it down pretty far. Does this cause a major issue? My second concern is with knotching the body. Why do you have to knotch it with a 3" and not a 2" lift?
  6. Hey guys so I had a quick question about the spare tire holder. Does anyone know if the "bushings" where it swings out are rubber or metal? I want to mount my CV antenna there and have already trued but was wondering if it was a good enough ground for it. I've seen members on here mount there their but never really seen feedback on if it works well there. By the way its a 102" whip antenna hooked up to a uniden 520xl CV. Only reason I ask is because my spr's are 2 and e rrytime I go to do a radio check it jumps to a 4 which is bad.
  7. Thanks for the kind welcome guys. When I get off work I'll post some pics of it. I will admit its somewhat in a rough state cause I'm fixing some things that the previous owner (my cousin) failed to do and let go over the years he had it but I'm slowly but surely making it nice again and building it into a nice offroading rig. Listen to me I'm rambling but I will get y'all some pics lol
  8. Hey guys I'm a new registered member to the forum but been coming here to learn new things for months ever since I got my 94 Pathfinder. I picked my pathfinder up mid summer of 2014 for $800 with 216,000 miles on it. Since I've gotten it I've replaced everything suspension wise and drive train wise in the front end which was somewhat of a challenging task since Ive never worked on a pathfinder before but I learned tips and tricks on how to accomplish things by looking up similar threads on this forum. I'm looking forward to talking with all of you and helping anyone with something I may have done in the past.
