Looks like my friends hand after he ran razor wire with only leather gloves. Nice slashes across his palms that took a couple months to heal up.
-
Hurray! Congratulations on it not being any worse!

Towing hooks under my bumper. Had to drill new holes to make it fit and I just need to grab washers for the original tow loop.
-
The arm would be in the tool kit I mentioned, which I'm guessing you don't have anymore. It's a little leather pouch. Try a junk yard and pick one up?
-
That strap was for the tool kit, if you still have one.

That reminds me, I need to clean my upholstery and carpeting sometime.

I'm surprised there's not alot of rust around the wheel arches seeing as you're in NB.
Very clean in fact, I'm jealous.

So the position and size of lamp you've got doesn't make contact with the hood when it's open?

Good luck on reviving your ride!

I think I saw your picture on the R50 page.
Fleury's spacers are out of shot on the top.

Picked up my R50 from the shop, had it in for a little tuning and because I wasn't getting washer fluid in the windshield. They got me sorted out and free of charge!

I've got my Goodyear Wranglers with the lettering out, looks pretty sharp and I picked them up for about $430 each (tire and rim) at Fountain Tire (military deal, so why not?).

As Precise said, pull the plugs before you turn it over.
I just had this happen to me 2 weeks ago and had to tow my Pathy back (just took it straight to the shop) and they said I was lucky to not have gotten it turned over as a couple cylinders were full of water.

Man I just wish I had the post count, maybe next month

That's odd that it takes that long to engage, mine doesn't like go straight into reverse from park after sitting for a bit, but I can usually get it engage after jiggling between reverse and drive.
Though if you have a manual that'd be different.

Thanks for the links, I'm gonna be hunting for parts at the hardware store next weekend now.

200km trip to Winnipeg, first long drive since I got my lift and new tires and there's no problems so I'm very pleased.
-
Awesome find! I always liked the 2-door Pathy's. Looks like all your glass is good.

Okay, general snorkel thread;
After recent adventures it's become apparent that I need a snorkel, SO! I know there's a few off-the-shelf kits for the R50's, but who has made their own? What did you use and do?
Pictures are good!

I never had a problem with the spray on stuff. I did my side skirts and hood with Dura-coat rattle cans and both came out good and solid.
First time I didn't sand/score the surface first so it peeled off in most places. I pressure washed it and sanded it down and redid it. Much better now and still solid.
I was toying with the idea of lining the floors inside, but that'll be a winter project.

Congrats and week deserved too!

I've got them installed above without any issues.

Towed it to the shop last night after flooding the engine, scheduled it in this morning and dodged a bullet because it only hydro locked and didn't damage the engine any further.
Phew!

You don't have any scrap yards nearby that you can visit?
The side marker lights are sold as a whole unit, not just the plastic. That said, most of these parts I'd just pick up off eBay if I couldn't find one in a yard.
What did you do to your Pathfinder today?

Glad to hear CDN_S4.
Me and a friend went test driving cars and trucks today, drove my Pathy to each dealership and told I wanted it new. Nissan obviously had the Xterra and Toyota let me drive a very nice 4Runner.
