  1. Can't I catch a break, finally got the major things fixed and now my break lights decide that they want to come on and stay on.

      There's a bung that goes on the brake light switch (the pedal hits it when it's up) and those tend to break off.

      Wow this took me forever to reply to, anyways that was in fact the problem. Something similar happened to the clutch petal (drove fine down a super bumpy road then wouldn't even try to crank later when I wanted to leave.) I just jerry-rigged both and now it's all good.
