Anti lock brake pump impossible to find! Help!

The part number came off the part itself. As far as interchangeable goes, I don't know. There are a lot of different pumps. Sent from my D6616 using Tapatalk -
I have an 01 r50 2wd drum brakes in rear. My anti lock pump is leaking fluid and I'm trying to source a replacement but it's impossible, I've gone to shops put the part number in Google and I have had no luck.. The part number on the part that's installed on my truck is: 47660 5w405 Can someone please help me with this, can I get one from the qx if I do what part number should I go with? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Im sitting by waiting on your Headlight updates! I know they are going to look good. Are there any other places besides that Japanese yahoo to find parts like those? its very difficult to navigate it
