  1. Over the last week or so: Re-soldered door lock timer, oil and filter change, cleaned air filter, prepped nerf bars and taillight covers for paint, ran drip irrigation line in the door seals, replaced wiring for amp and installed a new amp. And yesterday the speedometer decided to stop working
  2. I have the Power T1572's, they're in the higher end series of RF's. The Prime is their lower end, then the Punch and then Power. I think the MSRP was somewhere around $200+ when they were new, I picked up all 4 for $90 so it was a pretty great deal. I bypassed the stock amp's so they're running off my Pioneer HU and it seems to be enough power, then I have a JL 10" and they all sound good together. I'm definitely happy with them especially for the price I got them for. As far as an amp install, I've never felt the need to run another amp for the speakers as long as you have a good HU that puts out enough power. I only run an amp for a smaller sub because I don't listen to much rap or other really bass heavy music and I just want the sound to be full, not rattle windows. I never wanted to put that much money into a system for my car, I prefer to use it for my home stereo instead. Thats just my opinion though
  3. Put in rockford fosgate power 5x7's all around, they didn't just drop in, but that's what a dremel is for.
  4. One of my co-workers recently got a '93xe and I installed a new sound system for him today. New deck, 4 speakers, amp & sub. PO had installed an aftermarket deck and left a rats nest of wiring in the dash... so that was fun. It looked like he tied everything in a knot, then wrapped it with a whole roll of electrical tape. Anyway, I cleaned all that up and everything else went fairly smooth. I just picked up 4 new Rockford Fosgate Power 5x7's for my '94xe and will be installing in the next day or two.
  5. Yesterday I cleaned the air filter, MAF sensor and throttle body. It can breathe!
