  1. Thanks for the link, still have to get some parts but it is coming along nicely. This is the first time tinkering round with using different models so it's been a good learning curve
  2. Thanks for the info, I am using the QD32 clutch fork and throw out bearing. Been nutting out on another forum aswell and have worked out that my slave cylinder pin is about 10-15mm too short, so I am going to make a new longer pin and see how that goes. Will post results of the new pin Thanks again

  4. Did I need to change the clutch pivot pin?? If so what one?? can I use a QD32 slave cylinder with the TD27 pin?? Was I suppose to change the bell housing to the TD27??
  5. Hi all, I am wanting to talk to someone who has done the gearbox swap from the td27 gearbox to the qd32 gearbox. I have just done the swap and need to clarify a few things Thanks in advance David
  6. Ok peeps I need your help, I am wanting to do the 2wd steering upgrade on my 89 Nissan Terrano. What I need to know is what year D21 pathfinder drag link and inner TRE's do I need?? And does it matter that mine is a wide body Terrano? Thanks in advance

  8. Thanks for your help Leo94, never knew that about the d22 box, might just go with that, bigger and better. As for the diff I thought it might be stuffed too thought I heard 2 bangs when I was out having some fun ooops lol
  9. Hey all, I need some help in deciding what to do about my gearbox, currently it is stuffed (howls in 1, 2, 3, 4 NOT 5th) For the gearbox What I want to know is, 1- is it hard to repair yourself?? 2- is there any other boxes that would fit that are better?? 3- am I best just just to put it in the shop and let the pro's do it Front diff issues - when I engage 4lo or 4hi I am getting NO drive out of the front diff, I have jacked the back of the truck up and engaged 4lo, driveshaft to front diff turns but NOTHING turns out of the diff. Any body had this issue or may know what could be causing it ie; Broken cv, busted front diff etc etc FYI- its a Terrano 2.7 turbo diesel manual. Thanks in advance David
  10. Didn't even cross my mind leo94, for me the terrano has more appeal in that its coil rear, slightly wider and higher and turbo also I like to be challenged and this was a fantastic project. I'm also planning on doing a solid axke swap and engine swap in the future (TD42 engine and running gear) going to be another great challenge. Thanks Cwolf, yeah the flex is brilliant mates have said they like the way it walks and flexes through deep ruts.
  11. Something Different, anybody can say I've got king cab ute. Not many, if any can say I've got a king cab terrano ute
  12. Hey guys, Finally getting some pics up This is what I started with. 89 Terrano WD21 Wagon And Now its an 89 Nissan Terrano WD21 Ute I will start a new thread in Members rigs to show the complete transformation if any one is interested.
  13. Hahahaha thought the topic might get people going. Definitely getting good use out of the site precise1. One of the best forums ive seen. Can't wait to get mine back on the road and modding it some more, I will try and get some pics of mine up later tonight.
  14. Well I have to say that I have only been a member of this forum for a very short while and I have to say that it is no good..................to my bank account hahaha The amount of ideas I have seen and want to now do to my terrano is going to send me broke and possibly divorced as i will be spending all my time doing the numerous mods that I have liked. It is so good to find a whole bunch of people that have the same appreciation for the d21 terrano/pathfinders that i have, Keep up the good work people, the cars and mods are superb and I will be checkin in quite often Keep the shiny side up Cheers David
  15. I have the 2.7ltr turbo diesel. Only on my phone at the moment will upload some next time im on the laptop
