Wow, your criticism of precise1 IS way off, I have learned more from his advice and direction than any other person on this forum. I think he was asking if you had the parts in front of you to compare the two side by side so you could see how the parts fit. He was trying to HELP you to see how the egr attached. Yes I know some people here don't have a good answer to question, but MOST try to give they're best possible advice. Remember that this site is free to join, and to date, I have yet to see any other forums that can hold a candle to this one. First off I think you owe B an apology, second and more importantly you need to decide if you want our advice, OR don't ask for any. I challenge you to find a friendlier, cleaner and more honest site anywhere else. But that's just my own opinion. **¥^»£¿~

Yea Adam we see alot worse decay from liquid deicer than we do salt out here on our 18 wheeler and it eats up the wiring like candy, destroys trailer lights. Moog should be replacing that BJ for sure without question
-
Sure looks like that ball joint is older than what you say, a lot of deteriorating action going on with it. You must run into deicer a lot. Ouch though !! Good save.

Want to see a truckers dash cam, you tube under trucker csm, he has some good shots. My wife and I have a full time dash cam in our rig. One day will try and find the video of a horse running down the road at the battle of the little big horn monument, he had a rope around his neck and it had his front leg caught up in the air like a cast, it shows that three legged horse still running around me like I was standing still. He JUST didn't get it, I was trying to help him, finally an Indian cop showed up and freed him. Don't you have cow's running around free roaming? That could be fun, like an elk running out with out warning. Ouch LOL. Keep up the cams and keep your rubber side down.

Boy....I'm glad I don't drive an 18 wheeler over there, it's hard enough getting through Los Angeles, but that what you have going would likely be the death of my ability to remain calm and professional. I'm afraid I would have to run over a scooter or two before lunch every day. Wow !

Classic Christian rock and modern Christian music. Old school stryper, Amy Grant, Michael w Smith. Modern. Jars of clay, mercy me, Barlow girl. Just some examples. Hank Williams Jr is always good, most classic rock bands (hair bands) not the preppy stuff though. some country is pretty good. Some dance style, But none of this new rock stuff that you can't get a clue what is being said.

Parked it....back to driving truck over the road. The better half finally got cleared to work again, bout time! LOL. I'm not going to be putting any miles on it parked in the driveway. @least it won't be getting dirty til I get back that is.....

I unplugged the alarm under the driver seat, and truck starts/runs great, when it was plugged in, the battery life was very short, was always draining it. Now no worries and no stupid dead battery in morning.

Not sure if this poster is around or available to respond? So many responses, without a sniff out of the poster.. hmmmm I hope all's well with them...?

Thanks for that, yep go figure not sold here, I think I might trade my pathfinder for that Nissan...cool looking suv
-
Anyone else watch ghosts rider two with Nicolas cage? Towards the end of the movie, there's a Nissan sport utility truck, black of course, looks sort of like a Range Rover. What is that?
-
I don't know if xterra wheels fit, but do know that the titans rims will swap fine, just for kicks did it with my 04 Titan and the 95 pathfinder.
-
How's the transfer case shift boots, rubber inner, leather outside, I need both bad
-
Good idea on list, also add color of interior parts like gray dash, seats and such.
-
I like the look, they have a great pattern for the trail. Hope your treated good by them. Congrats
-
Looks like they have a good tread pattern for rain and snow, but I don't think it's a good idea to get into much mud or sharp rocks. Just depends on how much you go off road. Great price though.
-
Well I'm on board with you having a bad ground. We had 4 brand new deep cycle batteries in our semi truck, it would either just barely turn the engine fast enough to start or just click, went to frieghtliner 3x before we found out it was just a bad ground wire

Nobody has said that it could be the coil, but I guess if you're not getting spark then that's a given. Other than a clogged fuel filter or pump you just have to go down the list of possibilities. Oh check any relays/fuses that might have blown out. Good luck, hope you can find it quickly and easily.

Personally I have been really impressed with the Goodyear duratrac, I have them on my Titan and pathfinder. In both c and e ranges. They're quite on the road and perform excellent off road. I also live over a mile off the blacktop, very little gravel stays in the blocks do to rock ejectors built into the tread. Just a opinion from a very satisfied customer. Good luck with your search.

Craps.......I forgot to get the axle information today, very full day of honey dues LIST!!!! Hahaha yea I know, but happy wife is a great and happy life...now let's hope I don't have to go into traction LOL. Well I'm sure I'll get it done tomorrow...til then...

IIRC that has been talked about before, don't quote me for sure, but I think those will fit, but I would check it out in the search section.

Same advice as all those above, also check in around the hubs from underneath it, something could be binding up, I had a rock jammed in on my Titan a few weeks ago. I couldn't find anything wrong with the truck, but it kept binding at slow speeds and made a noise like a bearing going out, to make a long story short, it turned out to be a very small and hidden rock in the right spot. Couldn't hurt to look, oh yeah....welcome to the pathfinder family.
-
Headers will get you more hp yes, and the noise level is dependent on your exhaust system. A good quality borla, is worth it if you're willing to pay for it. Magna flow is another good brand to look at.

I only changed the oil to show a earlier comment concern about the purple oil and that it wasn't the reason for the good rpms,I didn't do it thinking it would. I am sorry I had one of my bad pain day's so I didn't get a chance to get out bed, (M.E. Cronin pain disease)besides the fact that the wife took the pathfinder to her daughter's home for Easter. I will check the gearing in am. I don't think it's anything to worry about, I think it's just a good engine and I'm lucky enough to have been blessed with it. Has good power and descent mpg. I am glad we're able to get a good read of rpm rates across the board from members trucks. We can open this up to what y'all are getting with your setup for others to see. Gears/tire size, and the rpm/mpg that coming out. It might help those still building up or making changes to they're own rigs. I'm hoping to get a permanent mounted diagnosis reader of some sort to get a more accurate reading of all the engine readings, rpm/speed/fluids temperature as I really don't think I'm gonna trust the almost 20 year old gauges. Any thoughts on something there would be awesome. I know I can't get a bulldog but something like it. thanks for sharing
