  1. Hahaha. Well i don't know about most powerful ever; but I do have an LSD. :) I may be able to claim that title once the remote turbo setup is finished though! Lol

17 psi worth of boost will sure make it feel like a different beast! Another of the fun things in the works. :)

LoL did you program it yourself? And is the stock ECU already socketed? (guessing no) if so how much to do mine? :D haha

  2. Trying to figure out how I'd attach a snatch strap to the front bull bar... the D shackles are not removable so I guess I'd have to do something like this?

Or should I buy some more D shackles?

For mounting the lights I guess I'll get them mounted under the middle bar...

  3. hmm, well do they "fit" the holes? If you put a mounting bracket or such in?

Get a shackle to attach that hook to the ring ;) You should already have some or at least have a couple on your shopping list to fill a recovery gear kit :aok:

The clear parts of the lights line up but I'd have to drill holes in the bumper for the mounting bracket either way unless I mount them to the middle bar hanging down.... and yea I need a recovery kit! haha it never ends does it? lol :D

  4. Mine still shakes after messing with everything. It's fairly irritating to watch and everyone who rides in it points it out and thinks its going to fly off.

yea its very frustrating... I've replaced every rubber part in the suspension with very nice components... I might swap to my old wheels and tires to see if it still does it...

  5. Are those the ones that fit the holes in the front? If so then mount them there and connect the winch hook to the d-ring.

The hook isn't big enough to fit around the shackles unfortunately... and these are the lights I got:

Sucks that they only come with one bracket. And the optional brackets are half the price of the lights themselves!

Looks good!! Move the lights to the roof?!

Damn that's a TIGHT garage!!! I take it you must be really skinny lol

Haha not that skinny! 6'4" 200 lbs ... the pic makes it look tighter than it is.... the "perks" of living in LA.

  6. I think the squeaking is coming from the top of the hood where it meets the 2 vents... i sprayed the crap out if the area with some silicone lube and its gone for now.. we'll see if that fixed it.

I put the stays as far out as they can go but the hood still shakes from side to side.. Still need to get the tires re-balanced.

  7. yea the stand offs are at the highest setting... I really wish I could find out what is squeaking!

Anyone have any ideas on how to insulate the hood latch and the U shaped bracket? Trying to come up with ideas. Greasing / WD40 doesn't seem to last very long...

  8. I would say it's your tires, what tires are you running? Usually speed related shakes are balance related.

BFG KM2's 31x10.5x15... nothing too crazy. I guess it couldn't hurt to get them re-balanced...

Any ideas on how to get the hood from squeaking like crazy? Is there supposed to be a plastic or rubber part that covers the U shaped bracket that is on the hood?

  9. So what ended up being the problem? Mine is shaking like crazy at about 65-70 mph... I have replaced all bushings under the front end that I can think of... UCA's, sway bar bushings, all toe links, ball joints and strut rod bushings, idler arm... what else is there? The thing that is driving me nuts is the hood is shaking making this awful metal on metal screeching sound.... put some grease on the latch and it helps for about a day but then it comes back...

If I drive slower or faster than 65 then its smooth sailing... HELP!

Going to try and get the tires rebalanced to see if that helps....

  10. Those are sweet items! I can't recall, what is the power draw?

    B

I dont think its much as it can run on the 12v cig lighter in the car and it has battery protection to shut off before it drains the battery...
