I would never buy a today Nissan. Only model I have considered (frontier) dies next year with an ugly "upgrade" still a shot I could pick up a used one at some point but I'd probably get a hardbody instead. Pre2005 Nissan is the best Nissan. Ghosn may have kept the company from bankruptcy but he renault'd our Nissan.

When mine went out like this. It was the speed sensor on the transmission. (96 automatic) replaced the sensor and it was reading both speedo and odo again

I'm running 31x10.5r15 muddies on OEM wheels with no rubbing.
I have the same size all terrains on stock wheels with no issues. According to the manufacturer my 31 inch tires actually measure at 30.5.

It says these things for the factory roof tracks. This is the thing that connects the factory tracks to the towers.

Then pair with whatever tower goes for your cross bars.

I completely dropped z31performance... This forum is not like most. I do not see the complaining, the putting people down, and the general bitching about the questions. Npora is the best forum I have been on.

It should. That's still the vg33 right?
If so no problem. Same motor!

Well said!

1. Yes. Shift quickly and firmly. Have the vehicle in neutral while shifting between 4H and 4L. I'll usually get a little chirp out of the gears while doing that. You are basically forcing the gears to mesh together.
3. Ac is a brand you can get them at 4x4parts. Other options are ome. And people have recently had success with front Landrover springs in the rear of the r50. Fleurys (forum member) has a website with spacer kits as well.

I thought about doing that with the connectors but i need to check my wiring before i try that. These things work so intermittently it has to be something in the wiring.
But i definitely want to change those out for led pods

What size lights did you go for? I have been thinking about doing the exact same thing because my fogs rarely work and when they do... Well they don't Put out anything i could consider light!

I'd suspect that a qualified welder could have the brackets and nut strips welded up under 2 hours, if I'm understanding the question correctly. I probably took twice that because I am far from qualified, which is why nothing is coming pre-welded.
That just means it's easier to ship.

That 150 to 200 range would work!

Interested depends on price

I am not very familiar with the geolanders but Ive read a lot of mixed reviews last night. I personally would love a set of ko2s bur their costs puts me off.

Before i bought tires i searched for reviews... But i got fed up and ignored them and just order what i wanted.
I was sick of reading review after review of somebody with an opinion after 500 to 1000 miles. And in my mind that is no where near enough to get a good idea of a tire!

Have you ran the new KO2s or the older model BFG AT? Just asking because the KO2 is a totally redesigned tire and when I ran them they were one of the best tires Ive ever ran in snow/ice, even compared to dedicated snow tires I was impressed.
Must have been the older versions... that experience would not make me willing to buy more. They were on an s10 i drove for a winter and even with 2 sandbags and a bed of snow, traction was lacking quite often. Granted i doubt 4wd worked half the time so my aweful highway drive one morning i attribute to that more than anything.
But to each his own! I went from firestone destinations that were pretty plain but great tires to these yokohamas. And have not yet been disappointed by the purchase.

ATs i suggest the Yokohama geolanders
Fantastic traction this far. Have 24k miles and at 80% or 85% tread no issues on odd wear of lugs. I expect to easily get 60 to 70k miles out of them.
Once these are worn out i may go for Yoko mud tires.
Personally i never liked the bfg ats they are bad in the snow and terrible in the ice. They are decent in the mud.

Micah what do you have on the front?
I bet this Landrover parts dealer is wondering why so many people are ordering so many sets of 1 side from the us!! Lol
Edit: i need to do this soon! But it'll probably have to wait until after my camping trip to big bend in March

Just replaced some bulbs yesterday.
Open rear hatch. Take out 2 screws on the plastic cover of the 3rd brake light. Take off plastic cover.
5 light (edit: bulbs) can now be accessed.
If you have to actually remove the whole thing. There are 2 10mm nuts holding it in inside the plastic cover.

Bundle up!
I changed an o2 sensor laying on snow and ice in December before! You just gotta want it! Haha
-
Hahaha!!!
It's pretty easy to change the rears.
Jack it up a little and 2 bolts each side. An impact helps if you have one.

Nope! Cuz I'm voting you too!
I'll be back someday.

Yeah I'm good. Airbags never went off. Lower frame was untouched but that upper radiator support took all the damage.
