      why I'm happy to have a full repair shop at my disposal... I despise wiring

      don't rub it in... wiring is sooooo simple compared to this. For me at least. I'm fairly inclined at electrical things though. I have to solder everything. Butt connectors are for people who want to do things twice.

      Butt connectors work well when you use a proper crimping tool (not those 10 dollar ones) and put heatshrink tubing over it.
