Does it need to? This thing is where most of the new mods are come up with. It will someday drive and do everything well. However it is probably my last huge Nissan build... so why not make it a good one.

Reworking the front end... placed the new radiator and now making a bumper that fits the intercooler.

flip them... right on left and left on right... see if that works.

More Alum work.... Trying another radiator configuration... Had a custom Jegs radiator in the shed for a past project. Wondering if I can get this bad boy to fit... Went to the Junkyard and picked up a Volvo E-Fan... these are the same unit as the 2-speed Taurus fan... only removable from the shroud. These Volvo units also have an easy to remove relay pack for the fan. This is also on the way... coolant fan switch from NAPA. This switch is used in THESE applications. While at the yard getting the fan... napped the plug (and a used spare switch) from a VW.. Making it work together...

Wouldn't it be easier to put your Pathy body on a Waggy Chasis....

So the intercooler inlet is on the driver side and the outlet on the passenger.... why not make an intake that points towards the output of the intercooler.

Looking at these bumper pics makes me miss living up north... Never been to Inuvik! Have been as close as Old Crow and Barter Island/Kaktovik... The Dempster is a road I have always wanted to drive. What kind of bumper you wanting to build? Tube, Plate....

I have a couple warehouses next door with the ramped down in the ground approaches for the truck loading docks. If you have one of those handy back your rig up one of those til the tire goes airborne. Just put it in low range and take your time... no need to end up on your side...

Family rigs are of abundance for sure! They will get narrowed down here soon...

I would say first you need to totally flex the sukka out without shocks, if you haven't already. Measure both sides of the truck while it sets there. So many inches compressed and so many inches extended. Rancho makes about every length of shock known to man up to 15 inches of travel. Go the thier catalog and find a unit that is close to the compressed/extended specs that was measured.
