So ,how was the winter driving on F/Destination tires?

My truck came with all season,cooper discover H/Ts, and with 4x4 engaged, I didnt have much trouble driving thru snow and ice. I will see how I'll do on current tires for now. Thanks for the tips.

Hey, thanks alot. In Toronto You just cant find mechanic who know how to deal with vehicle with larger tires. The guy went blue when I asked him to adjust it. I will give him a shot

I was wondering, have anyone used before tire studs? I upgraded my pathy with F/Destination M/T and from reviews I've read, I should take it easy on ice. Is it worth it, to put them on. How u guys see it?

I live in Toronto, Canada. Does anybody know a good alignment mechanic in the area?

I got myself KYB GR-2 shocks and struts in one package on ebay. I read about them on the net before I got them. Hope they will last and do its job.

I dont think I can wait another two weeks for the boot to come to my door. Its been too long, I want to have it done finally. But, that was my concern about some dirt could get in there, but I am going to take my chenses. Trully I prefer w/o the boot myself. It wil look good when you flex. Thank you guys, for a good tips.

And I think, this is what I am going to do. I am going to remove them. Also its drive like a tunk, look bit too wide, and after 2" lift it may have problem with flexing. Thanks

Hi guys my name is Luke. I am working on my pathy and I have small technical question. I ve been seaching tru the whole side, couldint find rhe answer. I am about to install 2" suspension on my rig. The KYB struts that I have bought didnt come with strut rubber boot. Can I instole it without the boot?

Hallo again. I had to change my profile from LuckyLuke292 to nispath4wds because of some technical problems with the page. I finally started my upgrade. Ive put in large 31x10.5R15(Firestone Destination M/T)on 3.75 procomp wheels with 1" wheel spacers. Also I instolled manual Mile Maker manual hubs. I am not sure this tires are 31" because I had to do lots of bumper trimming, just so I can leave mechanics garage. The driving feels much heavier now. I am a little worry to take it on the highway. What You guys think,are there some things II should check? Pictures I will posts as soon I figure out how to do it!?

Thanks for that, what about these shocks KYB GR2s are they allready for 2inch lift? Or do i have to upply same spacers. I dont have any coils in the rear. How does it work?

KYB 4 GR-2 STRUTS SHOCKS NISSAN PATHFINDER QX4 99 00 01 I found these on ebay. Buy it doesnt say about any 2 inch lift on it. How do I know they are the right ones?

Thanks man, i looking forward to get it done soon. Just one consern I have about the rear shocks. On 4x4parts side I found rear Bilstein shocks for path. 2000. They dont call them "GR2". How do I know they are the right once?

You guys are totally right. Since i bought the wehicle, I've put around $3000 for biger repairs. Last week I changed timing belt, water pipe and all the belts, put in new breaks, check engine, oil and all filters. Mechanic says track is in preaty good condition. Is there anything else i should look in to? I know i have to exchange rear shocks, cose they are rusted.

Is there anything else i should check before doing the operation?

You gays are totally right. I just change timing belt and water pump, and everything that goes with it. Check the engine, changed brakes. Everything works well .. I put in about $3000 so far. And i think i am ready for the lift.
